About John-Michael Scurio

For over two decades, I’ve built a career that challenges the status quo, drives bold visions forward, and transforms organizations from the inside out. Whether leading HR teams at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Neiman Marcus, Marriott International, George's, Inc. or Oceania Cruises, or shaping leadership development, culture, and strategic people initiatives, my mission has always been the same: think bigger, execute relentlessly, and inspire people to believe in what’s possible.

I create the conditions for teams to achieve the unthinkable. I specialize in the following; I don't just create goals:

✅ Scaling people-first strategies that fuel business success
✅ Building high-performance cultures where ambition thrives
✅ Designing leadership frameworks that drive real, measurable impact
✅ Turning vision into execution, not just words on a slide deck
✅ Challenging organizations to ask, “Why not us?” and then proving why it’s possible

I thrive in environments where big, audacious goals are the standard. Where risk-taking is rewarded. Where comfort zones are abandoned. Where thinking small isn’t an option.

If you’re looking for someone who will push your company, your leadership, and your people to believe in bold ambition, let’s connect.
